We'll run those checks tomorrow - but just to confirm - is it ok to run Midgard 1.5 with the new php 4.3.8 - no need to upgrade to the new Midgard v 1.6 ?
We are doing all this cause we want to use the php version (not the cgi version) of mnogosearch.

hmm, let's start with the normal checks:
a) You've checked that apache contacts and queries the mysqlserver => if not, make sure the right ip is used in the vhost. b) if you're using aegir, is register_globals on? c) try using gdb and see what happens. d) if you recompiled midgard, did you use mmp? If so, make sure that the pagecachedir is set in httpd.conf and that the directory is writable by wwwrun.
