[midgard-user] midgard install

i used the 1.6 deb from the midgard site  after deb install what needs 
to be done or configured
the db tables where made apache seemed to be configed with midgard 
settings the the midgard-data,conf
was basicly empy--  is the a howto relavent to the 1.6 debs somewhere?
