If the page is active you may treat test as $action ($action = "">http://localhost.localdomain/test/test
So in this case first "test" is page name and second argv[0].

Also it is safe to get $_POST values when url is ending with slash.
http://localhost.localdomain/test/test/

And check php.ini for GPC. In Your case $_GET is with higher priority than $_POST.
