Hi

is the root page of your Midgard Site active? Then the
/webalizer URL will also be handled by your root page.

MRPNW> Further info on this:

MRPNW> In one of our websites I set MidgardEngine to off and tried
MRPNW> http://<website>/webalizer and it works fine. Its only when MidgardEngine
MRPNW> is turned on does it cause problems. It is almost as if it is ignoring the
MRPNW> Alias setting in the apache vhost config. All websites not using
MRPNW> Aegir/Midgard work fine for webstats. Very strange.

MRPNW> Hi All,

MRPNW> I know you have dealt with webstats through webalizer before and until I set
MRPNW> up this new machine I have had it working without any problems (thanks :-)).

MRPNW> The problem I have is that on this server, when I go to either
MRPNW> http://<website>/webalizer/index.html or go through aegir, all I get is the
MRPNW> root page of the website being displayed i.e.
MRPNW> http://<website>/ - In Aegir
MRPNW> all the sites are listed (summary, monthly data etc) as usual, but clicking
MRPNW> on Summary for example, once again takes me to
MRPNW> http://<website>/ and not the
MRPNW> webstats.

MRPNW> All the directories exist, so all I could think of is that it is some form
MRPNW> of permissions problem.

MRPNW> I have aliases set up in all my vhost scripts to point to by webalizer
MRPNW> directory:
MRPNW> <VirtualHost 217.154.157.227:80>
MRPNW> ServerName <website>
MRPNW> Port 80
MRPNW> MidgardEngine On
MRPNW> #MidgardPageCacheDir /var/www/midgard/livecache
MRPNW> MidgardRootFile "/usr/lib/apache/midgard-root.php"
MRPNW> php_flag register_globals on
MRPNW> php_value magic_quotes_gpc off
MRPNW> php_value magic_quotes_runtime off
MRPNW> MidgardDatabase midgardlive midgard midgard
MRPNW> MidgardBlobDir "/var/www/midgard/liveblobs"
MRPNW> CustomLog /var/log/apache/<website>-access.log combined
MRPNW> Alias /webalizer/
MRPNW> /var/www/localhost/htdocs/webalizer/<website>/
MRPNW> </VirtualHost>

MRPNW> The apache error log reports:

MRPNW> As far as I can tell it is set up exactly like all the other servers, but
MRPNW> for the life of me I cannot figure out why this is happening.

MRPNW> any ideas?
