Thanks for the quick answer, that will work for a start :) But I still cannot work out how Aegir does this trick. I mean, when you first log in to Aegir as SG0 Root, you can create a new group and put persons in it, right? How does this work if SG0Root is not allowed to create members? As far as I have understood the Aegir-Snippet, it uses normal mgd_create_member()... If I could reproduce the way this is done in Aegir, it would certainly save me tons of work and time...
