I begin to fear that the various variables are a bit different from system 
to system. But, of course, you are correct. HTTP_HOST is defined as the 
value of the Host: HTTP header, which includes the port number, if any. 
SERVER_NAME seems more sensible, I agree there and on the test system of 
mine it does work indeed. I have changed this in FS-CVS, so the fix will be 
in the upcoming 2.0.0 RC.
