I had some problems and ended up reinstalling midgard from scratch before being
able to test the above. I am no longer getting the MidCOM error, but am back to
the Apache error, but am getting something which is probably more helpful in the
logs after attempting to access http://localhost:8001/midgard (or /aegir, or
/spider-admin) using Lynx:
