Hey Piotras; Here's the output from Apache2
VirtualHost configuration:
127.0.0.1:8001 is a NameVirtualHost
default server odomain (/etc/midgard/apache/vhosts/domain_8001:1)
port 8001 namevhost domain (/etc/midgard/apache/vhosts/domain_8001:1)
wildcard NameVirtualHosts and _default_ servers:
*:* localhost.localdomain
(/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default:3)
Syntax OK

Forget about Debian's configuration and sites-enabled.
Midgard-data is not designed to follow any distro configuration.
Check Your all hosts with apache2 command.
apache2 -S
Looks like midgard Vhost is unknown to Apache.
