MidCOM still uses regular Midgard articles (and other objects)
as storage, so you can actually use both MidCOM and Aegir.

However, this brings to mind the question whether Aegir could
be brought under maintenance again. There are some bugs that
would need fixing, a new localization (Indonesian/bahasa) and
other reasons why a release would be good thing.

Ok but did you think that we can use it (Aegir) in production environment ?

Solt/Alexey, would you be able to do something for this?

Yep. There is even a conversion tool nnb2midcom for converting old
NemeinNavBar-powered sites into MidCOM powered ones:

Thanks for this tool but what is the best procedure to migrate my old sites from Nadmin to the new framework, create an empty new framework and use an import procedure if this tool already exist, or install the new Aegir, MidCOM, over my old midgard/midgardlive db ?

Thanks for your help.

Sam.
