Over the years my repligard table has grown huuuge (600,000+ records,
dont ask) but i've noticed there are several records (200,000+) with the
"delete" action on them which point to guids of objects that no longer
exist... I was wondering if it was possible to just erase those records
with no harm done to midgard, the issue here is that the staging->live
replication process has become very slow and i think the reduced number
of records on the repligard tables should help
