I'm trying to install rpm's from http://people.best-off.org/~dsr/midgard/snapshots/RPMS/i386/ onto an up2date RHEL 3.0 machine.
Why the dependency on libmysqlclient.so.12 when libmysqlclient.so.10 is current, and libmysqlclient.so.14 ships with RHEL 4.0?

You might want to run midgard on mysql 4.0.x. It is from Mandrake but still...
