Article object is a set of two records , one of them store name 
and another one title and abstract.

When correct schema is set in repligard.conf ( repligard_i18n_po ) and part of 
article_i record
was updated , than article_i record should be exported as this is almost quite 
different type 
from repligard's point of view.
