Thanks, that did the trick :)
I had to change 
$aegir_editor['Mozilla'] = 1;
into
$aegir_editor['Midas'] = 1;
in line 26. Now WYSIWYG in Firefox works like a charm :)

Maybe someone could include this fix in the next Aegir-Version?
