Looks like it "works".
There were many changes in midgard-php extension in 1.6.3 due to ZTS feature ,
so extension + PHP 4.1 may be not working correctly.
You may remove all files from /opt/midgard/var/cache/midgard/ and request
http://<VHOST>/midgard/ again. If new file will be created you should see if
there is
anything wrong with this file ( well, "see" as this may be a huge file ).
Anyway , it means that Apache module and library are working fine when new file
is created and we should focus on midgard-php module with PHP itself.
