Looks like datagard can't write to a file.
Doesn't look like sql has wrong rights...

I am not totally sure, but during the whole conversion process a
temporary db is created, then updated, the result gets dumped somehwere
and then reimported again.
Looks like the dumped sql-file can't get stored because of missing
permissions...
Not sure which folder is meant, but i would guess it is 
/usr/local/share/midgard/
