There should be
libmysqlclient12|libmysqlclient14

Just in case when someone wants to compile packages for MySQL 4.1.
libmysqlclient12 is default then.

Wait. What we are talking about?
New apache modules has no such scripts in debian dir.
I removed them before rc2 was out.
