I have installed midgard 1.6.3 and set up the database with datagard. I configured a virtual host and followed all the installation instructions. (I want to install openpsa)
When I try to access http://openpsa.eadline.org/midgard I get a 404 error. I followed all the trouble shooting procedures and still it does not work. I set the debug option and I see the following in my error_log: -- [Wed Aug 17 16:00:35 2005] [debug] midgard-apache2.c(2077): [client 192.168.1.1] midgard_translate_handler(UTF-8, http://openpsa.eadline.org:80/midgard) [Wed Aug 17 16:00:35 2005] [debug] select_db2.h(87): [client 192.168.1.1] Midgard: select_database reused open (Midgard) [Wed Aug 17 16:00:35 2005] [debug] midgard-apache2.c(513): [client 192.168.1.1] Midgard: lang set to 0 [Wed Aug 17 16:00:35 2005] [debug] midgard-apache2.c(1287): [client 192.168.1.1] Midgard: extension = .php, default: .php, parser = UTF-8 [Wed Aug 17 16:00:35 2005] [debug] midgard-apache2.c(1314): [client 192.168.1.1] Midgard: regenerating /var/cache/midgard/5-49-10-0.php: cannot open, assuming non-existant [Wed Aug 17 16:00:35 2005] [debug] midgard-apache2.c(2259): [client 192.168.1.1] Midgard: Couldn't create cache file [Wed Aug 17 16:00:35 2005] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] File does not exist: /var/lib/midgard/vhosts/openpsa.eadline.org/80/midgard I notice that there is no: /var/lib/midgard/vhosts/openpsa.eadline.org/80/midgard path and directory is empty. Did the installation fail in some way? Is there some help available?
