Yes, you're very close now :-)
You're missing one schema sile in schema.xml AFAIK it should be in
lib/midcom/core/schema (just do
find /opt/lampp/share/midgard/midcom-cvs/ -name "*.xml" below
fs-midcom).
Also, you have to add the .sql file found in the same directory.
And update midcom-cache.
