Hi,

I am using jspc plugin and I have problems today on a fresh computer. I
finally found my problem. The jspc plugin is defining
http://people.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository/ as its unique
repository.

Today this site is down so I cannot update my project that depends on jspc.
It would be great to delete this repository configuration because I don't
understand why a stable mojo plugin depends on an apache snapshot repository
