It's not dead, as such, it's just taking a nap ;) You can report bugs here under the 'tomcat' component: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MOJO There hasn't been much activity on the plugin since I'm keen for people to switch to using the Cargo plugin instead. Although it would be good to clear up the remaining issues and perform a proper release.
