Embarrassing, but finally figured out that I had to manually do "mvn
hibernate3:hbm2ddl" to invoke the plugin. I kept running my build thinking
the plugin would be invoked during a build lifecycle.
Is there a way that I can bind this plugin to a phase so that it gets
automatically run when the compile, jar or other phase in the build gets
invoked, or do I need to always perform this manual step if I want the ddl
to be exported?
