The problem is that you probably did "mvn deploy:deploy" instead of
doing "mvn deploy". You should never, ever call plugins in the lifecycle
directly, always call a phase in the lifecycle.
Ahhh thankyou. I knew it must have been a stupid question. My
problem was that I had just used deploy:deploy-file to deploy weblogic
and so was in the frame of mind.
