No problem, I'd already had a look at the code that generates the text output and it should be a simple change.
With regards to implementing an incremental download, the spec states that the server "is not required to return an incremental update, but could just return the requested JAR file". To be honest, I don't really care if the server performs the incremental download or not. I've managed to convince my boss to switch to Maven and I just have to show him that your plugin can produce jnlp files with the same information that we used to code by hand. I'm more than happy to provide a patch. Should be able to get it done some time in the coming week. Thanks for your help so far. The version numbers are supposed to be the same. I have still to see how this is going to help you with regard to incremental downloads. I don't know if this feature requires for you to keep the old versions on the server as to be able to provide a binary diff. Can you try making a patch and then test it (i.e. try bumping the version number and see how this works in practise)? It shouldn't be too hard, a couple of line changes. Make it configurable so that we can have both behavior (with and without version). Ask if you need help. Jerome --- This e-mail may contain confidential and/or privileged information.
