However, I'm fairly new to maven-based projects so I want to know what
do I have to change in the pom.xml in order to use the current snapshot.

plugin.

Using a not existing directory in <outputJar> causes this IOException.
This issue has already been fixed in the current trunk.
You can either create this folder prior to calling the plugin or use the
current snapshot.

Hi, I've been having problems with the xmlbean maven2 plugin.
The problem is an IO Error :
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/home/juan-gomez/dev/portalhum/target/lib/portalhumSchema-0.1.jar (No such
file or directory)
The portalhumSchema-0.1.jar is the generated jar from the plugin (used
for Eclipse, as mentioned in
http://www.jroller.com/page/peter_pilgrim?entry=how_to_use_maven_2).
I'm uploading my pom.xml and the maven log (using the -e mod).
