It doesn't appear that eclipse is able to find the project. Any ideas?

It seems that your eclipse build is missing its own dependencies. It see
you have a list of dependcies in your pom, how ever you need to use
maven-dependency-plugin to copy it to the place where eclipse pde ant
task expects.
