If you have a full test case and implementation that supports JDic.
feel free to open a new issue and attach the patch there.
For jdic it is better to have seperate resources per os because
otherwise i can't combine sunos en linux because in those jars are files
with the same name and that would result in an error. Also i don't find
it necessary to download the resources for linux if one is using windows
(i hope webstart does this).
webstart only does this if you correctly configure the JNLP file (obviously).
Could the issue be reopend and fixed??
I am not likely to fix it except if someone shows me that their
implementation solves fully the problem and also supports things like
per os resources.
