Hello,

we're using the XMLBeans Maven Plugin and I noticed something very strange: when the site is generated, the plugin is executed really, really often. You can see this in the attached sample project (which has only 1 parent+2 modules) where xmlbeans is invoked a total of 18 (!!!) times during the site generation.

My suspicion is that due to some forked lifecycle or so the plugin is being called by each project for every project in the reactor. This only happens when the javadoc plugin is also activated (at least, without the javadoc plugin it is not called at all).

Can you point me to whether this is a bug, and if so, where I should submit it?

best regards,

Stefan Seidel
