Do you see how ended your record? I suppose if you use "/" as delimiter
string then the record in sql file for example should be like this:
EXECUTE DROP_USER_TABLES
/

I did some more testing. Setting the delimiter to "/" solved the first
problem: running create script.
However I keep getting exceptions when executing the procedure:
[ERROR] Failed to execute: EXECUTE DROP_USER_TABLES;
[INFO]
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ERROR] BUILD ERROR
[INFO]
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement
Any ideas?
