Hello,
JavaNCSS does not manage Java annotations from method bodies. This issue is
already referenced : http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MJNCSS-16. The problem
comes from the JavaNCSS core library, not from the maven plugin.
The only short-term workaround is : remove annotations from method bodies !
