I have a Maven 2 project structure as detailed below. Project A has a dependency on Project B, I have Cobertura configure in the root pom. When I run mvn cobertura:cobertura goal from the root project the I get an error about Project B is missing and can not download from repository? Surely it sure be resolved locally as it is all part of the same root project?
