Try 1.0-rc-2-SNAPSHOT, that should have support for using -
Dhttp.proxyHost=xxx (fixed in http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MSELENIUM-38)

Running Selenium Server separately one is able to pass the usual

giving these
parameters on Mavens command line they aren't reached through to
the embedded selenium server. Am I missing something?
