Hi Scott - I'll try the workaround with editing the mvn.bat file as
posted on the mailing list, but I'd sure love to hear if you get it
fixed. I'm working frantically to try to convert an old, complex ant
build over to mvn, and I'm trying to make it as seamless and painless
as possible. Making people manually edit their mvn.bat script is just
one more step I'd like to avoid.

If you tell me where to look in the src, I'll also see if I can find
it and send a patch.

I think this is easy to reproduce if you have a windows machine. Just
create a new project with the mvn webapp archetype. I think the
plugin will exhibit this behavior out of the box with the sample
project created by maven webapp archetype.

Other, unrelated questions:

Will the plugin work with weblogic 10.x ?

Does the plugin support hot-deploys at all (similar to how maven jetty
plugin works)?

Best regards,
Davis
