A test that extends GwtTestCase should run from your IDE with no
configuration required (it does from Eclipse). That beeing said there was
many changes made in plugin to support gwt 1.6 and I maybe have broken
something :-/
Let me know any issue you get running the testcase as a "standard" junit
test, I'll try to help. Can you share your project ? My current project does
not use GWTTestCases so I've no way to check this feature in real-world.

There no wiki (yet) for the plugin, but you can write an APT doc for
NetBeans users and I'll add it to the site.
