are you talking about class-folders or resource-folders?
For additional classfolders you should use the build-helper-m-p[1]
For additional resources you can add a resource-entry to you
project/build/resources[2] (in the pom.xml)

Hi,
I am just wondering if it is possible to add some folders to the classpath
before the plugin executes ? Dependencies are separated from maven project so I
guess this could be possible?
