Yes, but the "Maven way" is to only produce one artifact per project. I strongly suggest you follow this idea. But if you really want to produce several rpms you need to do so as secondary artifacts. There's a small section in the Usage page about this and you can have a look in the ITs of the plugin (see the source). There are at least one IT doing this.
