Yes. But realize that you are probably in the very best position (out
of most people in the world) to look into this and resolve it. So
don't think you're just going to post an issue and then come back in
30 days to find it magically resolved. :)

I'd post the issue and then continue to work on this myself, hoping to
eventually resolve it after some more logging, debugging, testing,
etc.

We're here to help as much as we can. But you may have a unique
combination of environment etc that means you are one of the few who
see this error thus in a good position to resolve it.
