OK. But why I speak about pure Maven. I think (needs to be confirmed though) Sonar just delegates that kind of "thing" to maven. So something wrong with "underlying" maven concepts is likely to just not work with Sonar. In fact, apart from Sonar usage anyway, if you actually have modules with same artifactIds, they should be fixed.
