No, it is being voted on currently. If you want to try it out during voting time (much appreciated!), you need to use the staging repo. Unfortunately I don't think we have an instruction how to do this, but you need to add the staging repo to your settings.xml. Look for repo with id 'codehaus-nexus-staging' here: http://mojo.codehaus.org/development/performing-a-release.html
