the plugin.folders is: <name>plugin.folders</name> <value>plugins</value> while the plugin.includes is: <name>plugin.includes</name> <value>protocol-httpclient|parse-(rss|text|html|tika)|language-identifier|urlfilter-regex|index-(basic|anchor)|response-(json|xml)|summary-basic|scoring-opic|urlnormalizer-(pass|regex|basic)</value> looks all fine to me.
