Fetching two websites and indexing the results separately

Hello,

I see it is possible to fetch two web sites and use solrindex to index the
result. I see it it possible to use solr core to set up two indexes in a
single deployment. Is it possible to fetch from two sites and with a single
solrindex have the results for site 1 to be indexed to core1 and the results
for site 2 to be indexed to core 2? If so, how?
