I got it working with the help of this (http://wiki.apache.org/nutch/RunNutchInEclipse1.0). However, I have had serious difficulties with the trunk of 2.0 and Eclipse as described here (http://lucene.472066.n3.nabble.com/TestFetcher-hangs-td3091057.html).
