Hi Vikas, Looks like there is a #nutch on irc.freenode.net, but no one is in there atm besides the ChanServ.
I am usually in various freenode channels during the evening (PDT) and tomorrow (early AM PDT). But in general, I'm most responsive on list as Apache business is conducted on our mailing list as I'm sure you know.
