Afaik the short answer is no!

The plugin navigates through your ontology (which from memory actually
needs to be in RDF/XML) via classes and sub. It does not acknowledge
object or data properties, ranges or domains... You will need to hack
this up yourself. Having looked the plugin code in the past and having
modified it myself it's pretty straightforward. Plus Jena has moved on
quite a bit so you will get plenty of help using the API.
