Hi Chris, I got the same problem, I have .cer certificate, have you solved it?
Though I have a username and password, and I set it in httpclient-auth.xml as HttpAuthenticationSchemes <http://wiki.apache.org/nutch/HttpAuthenticationSchemes> said, but it didn't work. It said crawl finished in the log file, but I got nothing at all.
