How to use Nutch 2.2.1 with Solr

I'm new to use nutch, but I found that, the document is confuse with me,
Could you please help me show a basic document step by step to config and
run nutch?
Do wee need to config :
1. Hadoop,
2. HBase
3. Gora
to run nutch?
