The trunk is for Nutch 1 and
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/nutch/branches/2.x/ is for Nutch 2. The
other branches are snapshots produced whenever we do a release or
historical ones.

Trunk  and 2.x are the only ones you'd really use for instance to generate
a patch.
