problems changing domain name for a website

Hello all.
I have a problem with some websites that have changed its domain name. My 
problems is because solr is giving the old url and that urls are broken links 
for the user. Is there any solution for me or i need to erase all data in solr 
?.
I am using nutch 1.5.1 and solr 3.6.
