Where is "index-static" plugin in nutch 2.x?

Hi Nutch user list,

    I'm migrating from version 1.9 to 2.3. In my previous configuration 
I used del "index-static" plugin to send static field to Solr server.

    In the 2.x branches I don't find the plugin anymore. Has been 
replaced by another plugin? If not, is there a way to fill static fields 
in the sent document?
