Hi, there are 2 warnings: native libs and zookeeper. Afaics, they are not the reason for any problems.
If the inject step really fails, it would be good to have more information at hand: Nutch version, Hadoop setup/environment (local, distributed), Nutch configuration and more logs (hadoop.log in local mode).
