no, at least, not for recent versions of Nutch since 1.8

The correct syntax is explained when running the command without arguments:

% $NUTCH_HOME/bin/nutch dedup
Usage: DeduplicationJob <crawldb> [-group <none|host|domain>] [-compareOrder
<score>,<fetchTime>,<urlLength>]
